February Update

February felt like it was filled with sports, and not much news. I shot a rodeo, high school and college basketball, high school and youth wrestling, and the high school state swim meet. I managed to get a few other assignments in while bounding from gym to gym to pool though.

 Mario Coppe of O'Neil Company directs the truck carrying the 100-year-old house that sat at 604 S. Gillette Ave. onto the road Thursday morning as the truck makes its way to its final home adjacent to the Heppner Ranch north of Rozet. Just before the house was set to be demolished, Mike Cote contacted owner Christie Williams and offered to move it to his ranch, where he will restore it to it's original condition.

 Hunter Sylte, left, and Joe Quinn are wrapping up their Camels careers this year, with their final home game this Friday night. The duo have been playing basketball together, along with fellow seniors Kain Morehead and Dalton Holst, since their traveling team the Outlaws in fourth grade.
